Oats - 3tbsp
moong dal - 1tbsp
vegetables - carrot,beans,potato,peas- cut into very small pieces - 1/2 cup
jeera - 1 tsp
oil/butter - 1 tsp
Salt
Pressure cook oats , vegetables and dal placed in seperate bowls
Mash the vegetables and dal with a spoon.
Heat lil butter in a wok and add jeera
When it splutters add the mashed vegetables,dal, and cooked oats.
Stir for a couple of mins in low flame.
